Towels and floor rug were dirty upon arrival.

Upon arrival, I found the towels and floor rug in less than appealing condition, which kind of set a rough tone. Also, a couple of lights in the room didn't work, making it a bit dim at times. The air conditioning barely got cold, which might be an issue if you’re looking for a strong chill on a hot day. It took quite a wait to get basic amenities replenished, which isn’t ideal when you’re expecting a more seamless stay.

Sheets displayed burn marks, towels and floor rug needed cleaning!!! Room phone malfunction and TV remote often gone!!! Lighting inconsistencies and underperforming AC led to discomfort during my stay!!!

The instant warmth from Raju and Manju made me feel like family. The clean room was a cozy refuge after a day of travel.

Despite the friendly managers, the outdated furniture made it hard to forget you were in a budget hotel. A bit of upkeep is needed.

I had a great time with my friends on our trip! We explored the Long Beach Cruise Terminal and caught a game at Dodger Stadium, both were awesome experiences. The room was quiet and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Easy parking and close to the freeway were big pluses for us.
